We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Receptionist to join the team at Tallan Group in Brendale. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and professional impression of our company. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will be essential in this dynamic and fast-paced role. What you'll be doing. Providing a friendly and efficient reception service, including greeting and assisting clients and visitors Managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and professional manner Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area. Providing administrative support to management and assisting with overflow in other departments. Performing other duties as directed to support the smooth operation of the business Stationery orders, flights & accommodation bookings, assisting with events, etc. What we're looking for. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role in the insurance repairs or construction industry will be highly regarded, however, not essential.
