Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Assistant / Business Support Officer to join our team on a part-time or casual basis. Flexible hours available (approx. 10-20 hours a week, may vary) that can be adjusted to support personal commitments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of general office administration, and business processes and systems. You will also have the proven ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment. About us Elevate Management Consulting was founded with the goal of establishing genuine partnerships with the organisations we work with. From a one-person operation, we have grown to a team of approximately 10 staff, delivering services to over 20 organisations across a range of disciplines. We deliver high-quality services across project and program delivery, strategic sourcing, business transformation, digital transformation, AI for transformation and social procurement. You will be a great fit if you have: Proven experience in a corporate business environment, working in an Administrative/Business Support role, or similar Exceptional organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines The ability to identify new ways of working to improve administrative processes An eagerness to learn and adapt on the job The ability to work collaboratively, with a proactive approach and positive commitment Excellent written and verbal communication skills An enthusiastic, can-do attitude Well-developed computer skills, including social media and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems - this is considered desirable but not essential Tertiary qualifications in Business or Office Administration, or a related field - this is considered desirable, but not essential A commitment to deliver with a positive mindset and comply with the associated behavioural expectations.
