Specialising in preventative care, treatment and rehabilitation for a range of ailments, injuries and conditions, we have a variety of services available at several convenient locations. Our services include orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapy, sports doctors, podiatry, massage, exercise physiology, dietitian, clinical pilates and a rehabilitation gym. About the role Our orthopaedic team is currently looking for an enthusiastic and committed Practice Support Officer ("PSO"), whose primary responsibility is providing a courteous and professional reception service to patients and visitors. The PSO role also involves providing accurate and timely administrative services to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our clinic. Candidates will need to demonstrate exceptional customer service standards and communication skills. This is a full-time position consulting at our Stepney clinic. Job responsibilities Meet & Greet patients on arrival in a prompt and professional manner Provide a courteous and efficient telephone service to patients Accurately register patient appointments in our practice management system Accurately invoice and receipt patient consults and record subsequent bookings Maintain a friendly professional working relationship with team members. Skills and experience Previous experience in a medical or allied health practice is preferred but not essential Experience with telephone and practice management / practice booking systems essential All candidates must hold a current Working with Children Certificate. Successful candidates must present an original certificate or be prepared to acquire one prior to commencement.
