About the role We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Aurum Accounting Group in North Geelong, Victoria. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner Answering and directing incoming phone calls Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments Ordering and maintaining office supplies and stationery Providing administrative support to the accounting team as required Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events Performing general office administrative duties such as filing and data entry What we're looking for Previous experience in an office administrative or receptionist role, preferably within the accounting or professional services industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service What we offer At Aurum Accounting Group, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
