If you have customer service experience and want to grow your career in a fast-moving, purpose-driven industry, this role could be perfect for you. What You’ll Be Doing Responding to customer enquiries related to air conditioning and heat pump installations Managing post-installation service cases and warranty claims Handling technical enquiries and assisting with basic on-call troubleshooting Coordinating with internal teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution Accurately documenting customer interactions and updates in our systems About You Previous customer service experience (phone and/or email) Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills A calm and professional approach to problem-solving Experience in the home energy, electrification, or trades industry is desirable, but not essential Must be eager to learn - full training will be provided Why Join Elite Smart Energy Solutions?
