The Opportunity… This opportunity is here for an experienced ADMINISTRATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER to join us in a permanent full-time position based at our Holden Hill SA Office. You will be playing a key role in this business and its valued customers , while being a part of a supportive small team. The role works alongside and reports to the Office Manager. So, if you are an individual with a passion for admin, have solid skills in data, enjoy applying your attention to detail and bring a high level of demonstrated experience, strong MYOB skills and maybe a love of trees, please read on! What are the main requirements of this role? ... You will be responsible for a variety of duties in a busy and dynamic office which will include: Customer Service MYOB Data Entry Fuel Rebates External Staff Inductions & Training SharePoint Management To be successful in this role, you will have… Proven Experience : Experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred. Minimum of 2 years. Technical Proficiency : High level and demonstrated skills in MYOB accounting software, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Attention to Detail : Strong focus on accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and customer interactions Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines and to self-manage.
