Executive Assistant – Sprout Agribusiness Sprout Agribusiness is a leading financial services company dedicated to supporting the growth of Australian agribusinesses. We specialise in Agribusiness Finance and business advisory, working with ambitious farmers eager to make their mark in the industry. Our expertise in term debt, livestock finance, equipment finance, and succession planning ensures that our clients thrive in an ever-changing sector. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Central Operations Team. This role is essential to the smooth running of our business and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Role Responsibilities Diary Management: Organise and coordinate the CEO’s schedule to ensure optimal efficiency including travel arrangements for the wider Sproutag team Administrative Support: Assist the Sprout Ag team with day-to-day administrative tasks. Stakeholder Engagement: Handle business queries and client enquiries professionally, maintaining strong relationships. Compliance & Records Management: Ensure customer files meet SproutAg policies and industry standards. Learning & Development Coordination: Manage the training platform, ensuring courses and accreditations are up to date. Onboarding & Training: Assist with the onboarding and training schedule for new employees, fostering a seamless integration process. Communication: Convey information clearly and confidently through both oral and written channels. Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance Manager, Marketing Manager and CEO on administrative requirements. Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Make timely and effective decisions to support business functions. Planning & Organisation: Establish processes that maximize efficiency and resource allocation. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment. Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role (desirable). Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel . Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Analytical mindset and innovative problem-solving ability. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. High attention to detail. Customer-focused approach with stakeholder management experience. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Collaborative, consultative, and engaging working style. Location & Work Arrangements Role can be based in any of our Sprout offices including Tamworth, Wagga, Yass and Albury or alternatively working remotely. Full time position.
