The Restoration Centre is a Christian faith based, not-for-profit, charitable organisation that restores men’s lives coming out of Corrections.  A full time Office Administrator position has opened up to join our team. The role will be based in North Richmond, NSW and employee will be reporting to the Manager and the Directors of the organisation. The role includes: General admin duties Managing and scheduling residents' appointments Assisting management in program delivery Generating weekly reports Data entry into the Centrepay systems Assisting management in monitoring and managing residents' rental payments and notifying residents if payments are in arrears Bank reconciliations in xero (accounting software) Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities may also be included as the role progresses. Applicants should ideally have the following: At least 1 years' experience in an administrator role Strong attention to detail Basic accounting and book-keeping skills preferred Experience with Xero or any other accounting software A strong commitment to both the Mission and Vision Statements and to the values of The Restoration Centre Excellent, professional communication and organisational skills Efficient time management skills to work within time frames and busy schedules High level of computer skills and understanding, including use in variety of software (use of both Mac and PC preferable) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Position is to start as soon as possible, however can be delayed for the right candidate if more notice is required at current position.
