Corporate Transport Office Administrator – Casual Position approximately 20 Hours Per Week Based in Naarm, in the Melbourne CBD, this is a rare opportunity to take on a casual role operating within normal business hours. This position will suit an organised individual who is focused on delivering exceptional customer service. We are offering a minimum of 8 hours per week at award rates, with opportunity for more. What the position involves: •Reporting directly to the Corporate Transport Office Manager, you will contribute to the effective running of the office with commitment to outstanding customer service to all levels of the organisation •Based within a corporate environment, you will interact with high-ranking executive customers on a daily basis •Ability to coordinate and maintain diverse fleet mix to meet customer demands •Provide assistance to the Corporate Transport Office Manager on a range of administrative tasks, including accurate data entry and maintenance of asset database, filing and archiving, management of Work and Purchase Orders •Scheduling vehicle maintenance including liaising with workshop staff and external suppliers •Contributing to the development and enhancement of fleet and Quality Management policies and procedures The successful applicant should: •Have administrative and customer service experience •Be well presented, punctual and reliable •Work proactively to meet and exceed expectations •Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service •Be able communicate effectively and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers, other members of the team, suppliers and external parties •Possess high attention to detail and organisational skills •Be able to work autonomously, to accept responsibility and accountability •Must hold a valid driver’s licence, with a medium rigid licence an advantage This is an excellent opportunity to join a long standing service provider to a government organisation.
