Job Description:
We are a highly respected and leading supplier of world leading hardware systems, components and software for the window and door industry in Australia and New Zealand. Recent changes within the business now present an exciting opportunity to join a market leading supplier for the role of: Customer Service – Hardware. We are looking for a candidate with Window and Door industry experience that is reliable, can work as part of a team, deal with a diverse customer base and has great attention to detail and excellent communication skills whilst also enjoying a challenge. Primary Role · Provide reliable and prompt phone and email support to customers and external sales team · Process, monitor and manage customer orders and enquiries. · Work with warehouse team to ensure prompt and accurate despatch and delivery of customer orders · Provide technical support to customers and external sales team · To maintain detailed records of all calls and contact by customers. Additional duties · Provide support to warehouse staff including (and when required): · If applicable, attend customer sites to provide product training or technical support (with the respective Sales Representative) To be considered for this position, you must have: · Experience in the window and door industry · Experience with fenestration products and systems. · Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills · Excellent planning and time management · Drive and enthusiasm · Professional appearance · Fluency in English. · Strong and professional communication skills. · The ability to work autonomously and within a small team Your application will be further enhanced if you have: · Experience in the uPVC window industry. · Customer service experience · Experience with computers and Microsoft Products · A current Australian driver’s license. · IT or marketing experience.
