About the role The Hessel Group is seeking someone who enjoys a diverse role and wants to be part of team who is committed to providing a great customer service experience to all of our valued clients, host organisation's, students and colleague. This is a full-time position based at our Welland and Fullarton, SA offices. What you'll be doing Assisting with the creation and maintenance of students records across several systems Assisting with the timely reporting of student attendance, progress and completion Establishing and maintaining great relationships with Education agents and host employers for traineeships and unpaid work placements Accepting nominations and issuing training plans for Traineeships Lead a range of projects, including the expansion of CRICOS services About you Ideally, you will be looking for full time employment however we will consider part time arrangements for the right person You have a great customer service skillset and you are enthusiastic about making every call a great experience for the caller. You have strong administrative skills and you are proficient in MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and PowerPoints You know how to manage your time well and enjoy working to deadlines and due dates. What we're looking for Prior recent experience in an RTO General Administration, Student Records or Compliance role Strong customer service and communication skills Sound general knowledge of Vocational Education and Training Current of recent experience in an administration or compliance role with a Registered Training Organisation. Preference will be given to applicants with recent CRICOS experience with demonstrated skills in using PRISMS Sound knowledge of SA state funding, systems and processes A good understanding of traineeship requirements and processes Desirable Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Experience with the admin functions of Catapult and aXcelerate Skills and Employment Portal and ATLAS (SA State systems) Technical writing skills to contribute to the maintenance of internal documents such as guides and standard operating procedures.
