Having operated in WA for a number of years, they’ve carved a reputation as Perth's leading Tier 2 builder of choice. Due to continued growth, and a new $150m project awarded they are looking to hire a Contract Administrator to join their thriving team. You will be working with Industry professionals on fully resourced teams, with the mentorship & development in place to get the best out of yourself while enhancing your career. Roles and Responsibilities of the  Contracts Administrator  will include: Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules Progress claim assistance and external variations Review, negotiation and finalization of subcontracts Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants Administration of the project HSE system To be considered for the role of  Contracts Administrator  you will require: Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent Experience working on commercial newbuild projects for 3-5 Years Minimum Knowledge of the WA construction market and subcontractors Exceptional communication skills with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally Be able to competently lead a team financially on your own What's in it for you?
