1x Permanent Full Time, 35 hours, 5 days per week Salary: $102,853.98 to $112,701.67 + 12% super Closing Date: 28 July 2025 ABOUT US: Liverpool is a vibrant city that lies in the heart of Greater Western Sydney. Working with Liverpool City Council offers a wealth of professional opportunities as we are on an exciting journey to become Sydney’s third CBD and one of the fastest growing regions over the next decade.   ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Change Management Specialist, you will lead the design and delivery of change, communication and training strategies supporting technology initiatives relating to projects, programs and operational changes. Establish measurable performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of any change implementation and implement their monitoring and analysis of these metrics across ICT; and Undertake analysis and review of communications tactics and strategies to determine outcomes of specific initiatives and inform future planning and activity. You will also assist teams in driving strategic and operational performance by working collaboratively with the business to identify, plan and implement change, communication, and training solutions to solve business.   ABOUT YOU  The successful applicant will have: Tertiary qualifications in a Change Management, Communications or Business-related discipline and/or at least 5+ years of equivalent demonstrable experience Demonstrated experience in delivering change management and communications in technology related programs and/or projects. Proven ability to monitor and evaluate change initiatives adapting the overarching change strategies and plans as required. Highly developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiations skills with extensive experience engaging, collaborating and influencing key stakeholders and customers at a senior level. Advanced communications capability with expertise in writing, editing and content development skills, including visual and digital, across multiple platforms and formats. Strong collaboration skills with a practical and hands-on focus. Experience in delivery of change and engagement programs for digital programs of work and understand different technology environments.  Demonstrated advanced planning and organisational skills, with proven ability to prioritise, manage project timelines, and meet deadlines.   BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US Be rewarded with an attractive annual salary package (Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience, and competencies of the successful applicant.)
