Compliance Coordinator

McGrath Palm Beach is seeking a meticulous and detail-driven Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team at our Palm Beach office. This role is ideal for an individual with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to ensuring compliance within the real estate industry. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance standards and supporting our sales team in a fast-paced environment. This includes reviewing all compliance materials before listing properties on portals and ensuring contract accuracy.  Key Responsibilities: Review and verify compliance of agency agreements Ensure compliance before launching properties to online portals Prepare contracts, along with associated documentation for the sales team Execute contracts to solicitors and track sales from commencement through to settlement Ensure all compliance requirements are met, with an emphasis on new QLD seller disclosure and contract changes Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders Check and verify Auction documentation for accuracy We Offer: A supportive and inclusive team environment A competitive salary package A Monday to Friday role promoting work-life balance The Successful Candidate Will Have: A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively Exceptional organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills Professional and approachable communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face Impeccable personal presentation Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison with clients and stakeholders A positive, self-motivated attitude and exceptional attention to detail Previous experience in real estate administration and a current real estate certificate If you're passionate about compliance and excited to support a growing team, we want to hear from you.
