Term, full-time vacancy up to 30/06/2026 The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) is an international treaty established in 1992 regarding climate change. The annual meeting of the parties to the treaty is the largest annual conferences currently held under the auspices of the United Nations and is among the largest international meetings in the world. The intergovernmental negotiations are complex involving officials from governments from across the world and representatives from civil society and the global news media. The annual meeting is called the Conference of the Parties (COP) and is held in a different country each year. The policing and security requirements for a city hosting a COP are complex and multifaceted making it one of the most challenging policing operations to plan for and safely deliver. The Data and Workforce Analyst is responsible for implementing and delivering a range of high quality, timely and confidential reports, data, analysis and services to customers and stakeholders. As a senior member of the COP31 team, the Data and Workforce Analyst provides a high level of support to the Chief Inspector, Personnel COP31 and other staff within the COP31 team in providing technical and specialist advice and support regarding workforce data, performing statistical analysis using contemporary workforce models and delivering highly effective solutions and services. Special Conditions The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check. The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent. Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required. The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL's iEngage program. Salary ASO6 - $98,478 - $104,165 per annum.
