BBB Remote Site Services are seeking to appoint an experienced Mobilisation Site Administrator.  Principally a Monday to Friday role based in our main office the successful applicant will have the flexibility for after hours contact from our onsite teams. Reporting to our Camp Services Manager, You will have the help & support required to assist in managing our camps mobilisation, recruitment and administrative needs . Additionally, this role will require prior experience in remote camp services sector with a preference for applicants that have managed or assisted in managing camps directly. About You We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has a background built on success.  The role requires a All-rounder with demonstrable experience in Mobilisations, recruitment and administrative services . Ideally the appointee will have a C-class driver’s license valid in Australia Additional attributes we are looking for include: Excellent communication skills Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands High level computer skills Personable and can build professional relationships Understanding of industry mobilisations software systems (For example INX inflight) About Us BBB Remote Site Services is a WA company specialising in the provision of temporary and fixed term remote sites, the provision of camp management and catering services and the rental of commercial site caravans and portable buildings for all applications.
