HR & Payroll Assistant Oreco Group have an exciting opportunity for HR & Payroll Assistant at our expanding manufacturing facility in Childers QLD. Based near Childers in ISIS Central, Oreco Group is privately owned Australian manufacturing company who produce and supply a diverse range of horticultural and agricultural products throughout Australia. Oreco Group’s sole focus is to produce the best quality products, while supporting local and regional businesses and communities; by sourcing recycled, eco-friendly and sustainable raw materials. Oreco Group's head office is currently looking for an HR & Payroll assistant to join our team. This role will provide high quality support to our HR team. About the Role: Supporting the Human Resources Manager, you will: Participate in all activities relating to the employee lifecycle, including recruitment activities, employee onboarding and induction through to offboarding. General HR administrative duties including maintaining employee records, generating employee contracts and letters, updating, and maintaining company policies and procedures. Processing of weekly payroll. Provide support with performance management, investigations and grievances. Skills & Experience: A proactive and hands on HR professional with experienced gained in a generalist HR role. Diploma or Degree qualified in Human Resource Management Experience with processing payroll on a weekly basis. Demonstrated ability to liaise, advise and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders. Competent in Microsoft Office package, inclusive of excel tables and graphs. The ability to work independently as well as part of a busy and dynamic team. Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
