This is a rare opportunity for a highly organised Executive Assistant to step into a key role providing both high-level executive support and assistance across business and personal responsibilities. Our CEO is hands-on, fast-moving, and deeply engaged in project delivery – which means you’ll play a key role in creating structure, anticipating needs, and freeing up their time to focus where it matters most. This is a broad and busy role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and getting things done. You’ll support the CEO, coordinate with the team, and manage day-to-day business administration. The successful applicant will have: The ability to liaise across operational teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and scheduling The ability to anticipate needs, think on their feet, and deliver ahead of time in a fast-paced setting Advanced skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office Strong organisational and time management skills The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment whilst remaining composed under pressure. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Current drivers licence and own transport   Roles & responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide confidential administrative and executive support to the CEO in a fast-paced and sensitive working environment, including the management of the emails and diary, and overseeing the organisation of meetings and events. Liaising with internal departments to facilitate seamless information flow and collaboration Arranging travel and accommodation logistics, monitor expenses Assist with invoicing, payment, expenses and reporting Managing ad hoc tasks and special projects as required by the CEO Coordinate human resources management processes for the team including establishment management, appointments, separations, advertising and staff induction. Maintain accurate employee records including contracts, leave, and performance documentation. Consult and negotiate with executive management and other senior officers to resolve any matters as required by the CEO. Acting as a point of contact and primary liaison between the CEO, employees, clients and external partners - facilitating communication and information flow. Acting as a strategic time multiplier, allowing the CEO to focus on high-level decision-making and leadership by handling essential administrative and operational tasks.
