We are seeking a Data Analyst who will be responsible for data management and analysis for the project. This project aims to revolutionise General Practice healthcare delivery by implementing proactive interventions, enhancing patient experience, and driving value for both practitioners and the broader health system. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an exciting project that will shape the future of healthcare delivery. Join us in Western Sydney as we embark on this two-year journey across our General Practices.    This is a fixed term contract, wrapping up in October 2026. As the Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the project's success by: Maintaining and enhance dashboards and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) to ensure timely, accurate, and accessible insights. Developing high-quality data reports and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external evaluators. Analysing trends and performance metrics to support continuous quality improvement and measure intervention impact. Ensuring data quality and consistency, collaborating with project team members to identify gaps, patterns, and risks. Coordinating with third-party evaluators, providing timely data in accordance with governance and evaluation protocols. Translating complex data into clear, compelling insights that guide service design and stakeholder engagement. Working collaboratively with General Practices and the broader project team to integrate data learnings into ongoing implementation and improvement activities.
