As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Customer Service Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. The Role: As our Customer Service Manager , you will lead and motivate our customer service team to ensure seamless communication, timely order processing, and outstanding client satisfaction. You’ll act as the bridge between customers, sales, and operations, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives. Oversee order processing, tracking, and fulfillment to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism. Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to meet customer expectations. Develop and implement customer service policies and best practices. Monitor KPIs (e.g., response times, satisfaction scores) and drive improvements. Provide regular reports on customer service performance and trends. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 5+ years in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (packaging or manufacturing industry experience is a plus). Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office. Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
