Financial Controller

 Job Description:

Our Client: An established player in their space with exciting strategic plans to continue their growth and value in the market with the essential work they do. They're located in the CBD offering a flexible 2-days working from home approach.  The Role: Reporting into an established finance leader, you will lead a team of finance professionals through group level accounting/reporting and internal controls. You will have oversight of this function, whilst contributing your expertise through your leadership qualities and hands-on approach. Through their growth goals, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in acquisitions, system integrations and various improvement projects! You will be responsible for, but not limited to: - Oversight of month-end accounts - Preparation of consolidated statutory financial statements - Improving processes and providing insights for best practice - Financial compliance - Act as a key liaison with internal and external auditors - Preparation on budgets and forecasts managed by the team - ad hoc tasks where required About You: - Ideally, you will have a Big 4 or business services background with a technical skillset and experience in a corporate environment - CA/CPA qualified - Healthcare or similar industry experience preferred, but not essential - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders - Strong, proven leadership ability If this sounds like the role for you, APPLY now!
