Summertime Pools is a leading fibreglass swimming pool manufacturer and installer who is expanding in Bendigo. We build quality pools that exceed our customers’ expectations! The position available is for an Office All-Rounder with a passion for customer service and sales that takes pride in what they do. Supporting our Pool Consultants and Regional Manager of Bendigo, this role is more than just a job… It is a chance to be part of an exciting, rapidly growing organisation with a big vision for the future. Key responsibilities for the position include but not limited to: Create Exceptional Experiences: Greet customers with a smile and provide a welcoming, friendly atmosphere in our showroom. Product Expert: Help customers navigate their purchase journey by providing expert advice and recommending the perfect pools and spas and products to meet their needs. Sales & Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries quickly and professionally, whether via phone, email, or in-person. Follow up on leads and turn inquiries into sales! Administrative Support for our showroom and customer journey: Process deposits, issue invoices, and assisting the sales team with administration, assisting throughout the whole process of permit lodgment, responding to building surveyors, applying for building warranty insurance and lots more to keep everything running smoothly. Customer Solutions: Offer advice, troubleshooting, and support to customers throughout their buying experience, including handling warranty inquiries. Lead Generation & Bookings: Assist with generating new sales leads and booking appointments and setting up client files. Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom and product displays are well-kept, organized, and looking their best. The role also involves conducting water testing for customers. Requirements for the position include: Sales Experience: Previous sales or customer-facing experience is highly preferred. If you’re eager to learn, we’ll teach you the rest! Interest in Pools & Spas: Experience with pool or spa products is an advantage but not required—we’ll provide training for the right person. Team-Oriented: While you’ll work independently, you thrive in a collaborative team environment and love to support others. Detail-Focused: Accuracy and attention to detail are key in every aspect of this role. Positive Attitude: A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor that makes customers feel welcome and valued. Strong Communication Skills: You communicate clearly and confidently with customers and team members.
