The Contract Administrator role supports one of South Australia's most significant and ambitious developments. A master-planned community integrating retail, education, business, and recreational infrastructure, this is a rare opportunity to contribute to a project of such scale and impact. The Role As a Contract Administrator, you’ll work alongside a high-performing team of Development and Commercial Managers to deliver key contractual and financial outcomes across the project lifecycle. You will ensure governance and compliance, while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role located just north of the Adelaide CBD. Key Responsibilities Review and assess contractor progress claims and payment certificates Manage and respond to variation and extension of time claims Monitor contractor compliance with contractual obligations Prepare and maintain monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts Provide commercial data and insights for weekly and monthly reports Assist with the tendering and awarding of ad-hoc works and consultancy agreements Draft contracts and prepare tender comparisons and approval documentation Process payments and ensure alignment with internal approval protocols What You Bring Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 3–5+ years' experience in contract administration on major projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Aconex, Workbench, Revit, Bluebeam, and WebReq Strong attention to detail, a solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to manage priorities effectively Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across disciplines Why Apply?
