About the role This is a part-time receptionist role at Nova Chiropractic in Flagstaff Hill, SA 5159.  We are offering 10-15 hours per week. The successful applicant must be flexible in working mornings, afternoons into early evening and Saturday mornings. There will be designated shifts but we are looking for someone who is able to fill in for other team members when needed as this is a shared role.  As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing the clinic's administrative duties. What you'll be doing Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Scheduling and managing patient appointments Handling patient enquiries and providing information about chiropractic, massage and dietitian services Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry Managing payments and reconciling across cash, EFTPOS and Hicaps each shift Assisting with general office administration and supporting the multidisciplinary team Promoting a positive and welcoming environment for all patients What we're looking for Previous experience in a medical or customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service Proficient in using computer systems Knowledge of Hicaps and Cliniko would be an asset Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritise jobs in a busy muti tasking environment Positive, friendly and professional attitude What we offer At Nova Chiropractic, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
