About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join the Tradelink team as a Profit Centre Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of our Enoggera, QLD Plumbing Centre. You will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring exceptional customer service standards across the store. What you'll be doing Lead and manage a team to achieve sales growth and sharing rewards Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service Develop and implement effective merchandising and promotional strategies to drive sales growth Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for growth & improvement Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations Foster a positive and engaging work culture that motivates and develops your team What we're looking for Proven track record of success in a like management role Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing and empowering your team Outstanding customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience What we offer At Tradelink, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
