Receptionist / Office clerk

Are you organized, friendly, and proactive individual? We’re looking for a dedicated Receptionist / Office Clerk to join our team in Kirrawee. This versatile role combines office administration, front-desk reception, and sampling support to keep our office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: 1.      Office Administration Managing kitchen and office supplies to ensure everything is well-stocked Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing spaces for internal and external meetings Maintaining communal spaces such as the kitchen, boardrooms, and print areas Providing general administrative support to the wider team as needed 2.      Reception Duties Greeting and assisting clients with inquiries  Answering phone calls and directing visitors  Inputting data into our systems efficiently 3.      Sampling Assistance Supporting our marketing team in packing and preparing product samples General assistance to the Marketing team Ideal Candidate: Friendly and professional demeanor  Excellent organizational skills  Ability to multitask and prioritize  Good communication skills Ideally have 5+ years experience in similar role Hours of work – 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday  If you’re passionate about creating a welcoming environment and supporting a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you!
