Your Next Opportunity We’re seeking a Permanent Receptionist to be the friendly face and first point of contact at our Katherine Support Office . If you love helping people, staying organised, and want to work in a role where no two days are quite the same, this could be the perfect fit! Working hours: 5 hours per day, 5 days a week (between 9 am–2 pm or 10 am–3 pm). What You’ll Be Doing: Welcoming visitors and assisting with general enquiries Managing incoming calls and forwarding messages via email Monitoring the SHSAC General and Reception email inbox Handling mail – collection, recording, distribution Tracking and ordering stationery, cleaning supplies, printer consumables Assisting managers with staff inductions and orientation Supporting the Travel and Training Coordinator with bookings (flights, accommodation) Assisting with External Agency community accommodation bookings Helping set up meeting rooms and catering for Board meetings Providing general admin support: filing, data entry, and more What You’ll Bring: Experience in a similar reception or admin role Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication skills – both written and verbal Confidence using Microsoft Office and sound data entry abilities Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team A collaborative, team-focused approach Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy Willingness to undertake relevant training Why Join Us?
