Benefits on offer: Competitive wages under the Children’s Services Award Professional development Employee assistance program and 50% discount off your childcare fees Friendly and supportive work environment  Duties & responsibilities: Observe, evaluate and record children’s development Communicate positively with children, staff, and families on a daily basis Display a great love of children and knowledge of developmental areas Plan and facilitate for children with additional needs, including disabilities, complex health support needs, Indigenous & culturally diverse backgrounds Provide general supervision to allocated children within the services Contribute to the continuous improvement of our business Maintain and promote health, safety, security, and well-being of all children and staff Ensure our philosophy, policies, and procedures of service are upheld Experience & attributes: Minimum of Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education and Care (Essential) Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and CPR Certificates (Essential) Current NSW Working with Children Check (Essential) Child Protection Certificate (preferred) Food Handler Certificate (Preferred) Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS Genuine interest in promoting children’s learning and well-being Respect for and inclusion of diversity in its many forms Ability to uphold confidentiality, including electronic and social media Great written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Join us today and help the little ones thrive!
