Buzzzed Electrical Pty Ltd is currently seeking a new “Office Administrator” to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis of 8am-4pm Monday-Friday, The job will be based in Devonport at our warehouse location with some flexibility to work from home. Key tasks and responsibilities include Invoicing & Quote preparation Email Filtering Assessing Work Orders Scheduling Jobs with Clients/Tenants Task Management for Multiple Employees Answering Phone Calls 9am-4pm (Must be flexible on times) Sales Reporting & Targets Performance Tracking Employees Debt Collection (Job Deposits & Overdue Invoices) Social Media Marketing Accounts Payable/Receivable Cash Flow Management Ideal skills & attributes High attention to detail Motivated Willingness to learn new tasks Strong communication skills experience in a similar role Xero accounting experience (advantage but not essential) simPRO software experience (advantage but not essential) Understanding of trade terms (electrical (advantage but not essential)) If this job ad meets your criteria and you would like to apply, please submit your resume via email to “admin@buzzzed.com.au”
