As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a well-rounded, adaptable, and proactive administrator to join our team in a hands-on, dynamic front-office role.   About the Role As the Administration Support Officer, you’ll be the welcoming face at reception and the invisible glue behind the scenes – keeping the office running smoothly. You’ll have a hand in everything from assisting with the onboarding new team members and updating compliance records, to keeping birthday cards posted and the dishwasher running. Your day might start with coordinating a morning tea and end with booking a vehicle service – and in between, you'll support the HR team and liaise across departments. If you love variety, thrive on being useful, and enjoy creating a calm, friendly environment – you’ll love it here.   Key Responsibilities Reception & Front of House: Welcome staff, visitors, and new recruits with warmth and professionalism. Answer phones and manage emails. HR Administration Support: Scan and upload new candidate information into our online HR platform. Distribute and track WHS forms, incident reports, and feedback forms. Follow up on overdue compliance requirements, such as certifications and renewals. Maintenance of staff records in our online HR platform. Office & Workplace Coordination: Maintain stationery, kitchen supplies, and PPE for the head office and SIL homes. Oversee kitchen tidiness: manage dishwasher, bins, and water cooler deliveries. Coordinate birthday cards for clients and staff. Raise vehicle maintenance bookings and keep logbooks up to date. Assist with morning teas, events, and general office support. Learn and become a champion of our online platform, providing support to staff when required   About You Friendly, approachable, and a natural relationship-builder. Flexible and happy to help out wherever needed – from scanning paperwork to organising a staff morning tea. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
