KAEFER Integrated Services are currently looking for a Project Administrator for a local position based at our Darwin Workshop.   Key Responsibilities Experience working in a strictly confidential environment to maintain confidentiality of employees personal information; Answer and monitor all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and Document Control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the Project team; Maintain filing, record management and systems and absentee registers are maintained and kept up to date in a proficient manner including; Personal documentation filing and record management (scanning into electronic files) Maintain register in absenteeism Maintain register welfare checks of personal Coordinate preparation of pre-start notices and toolbox agenda; Assist in weekly and monthly Periodic reporting by way of utilising entered in reports submitted into the HSEQ database and site client;  Drive employees offsite, as and when required; Be prepared to assist in collecting alcohol and drug samples; Provide Administration coverage within and/or other departments when employees are on R&R and other absences;  Update the weekly register for plant, equipment and light vehicles   About You ·       Previous experience in a similar role, preferable in the Oil and Gas industry ·       High attention to detail ·       Ability to use initiative and work in a high volume, fast paced environment ·       Previous background within mobilisation/onboarding ideal. ·        Team player   We are offering ·        Continuous Training and Career Development ·        Competitive hourly rate ·        Access to employee benefits ·        Close knit team If you possess the above experience or are looking for a way to kick start your career in the industry, please click “APPLY” below.
