Kool Beanz Bridge Road offers a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment bringing a dynamic approach to early childhood education.  With space for 52 children , our Centre will feature classrooms and ancillary facilities, along with an art room, library, Lego room and master chef kitchen and an inclusive outdoor environment that will stimulate all the senses. We are looking for an Assistant Educator qualified or working towards a Certificate III in Early Childcare Education who can bring creative skills and passion to the centre. Core Responsibilities: Supporting a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery. Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families. Supporting the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards. You will have: Qualifications:  Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working toward a qualification. Compliance:  Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification or willing to obtain these. Communication:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
