 Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organized Customer Service Officer to join our growing team at Barry Collision Repairs in Bundamba. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients this individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.    -Key Responsibility Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer, screen and direct phone calls. handle administrative duties such as filing, scheduling and data entry Maintain office supplies and manager inventory Responsible for maintaining a clean office enviroment Coordinate meetings and appointments Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency Provide general office support as needed -Qualification  Previously worked in Automotive industry or similar roles (Not compulsory) Proven Experience as a receptionist, office administrator or similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft office and office equipment Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment -Benefit Competitive Salary Opportunities for career growth Supportive and friendly work environment Family owned and operated business   If you are motivated and customer focused individual, we would love to hear from you.
