Casual Admin Position

An exciting opportunity to be part of our admin team in a fast-growing small company based in Tweed Heads! Gold Coast Cookies sells the best filled & loaded cookies for wholesale to over 1500+ stockists and is growing quickly. We are looking for intelligent, quick, accurate and bubbly people with exceptional interpersonal skills to join us. No prior experience is required, but you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong customer service instincts.   The job roles of the position (not an exhaustive list): Handling daily phone calls, texts, and e-mails to take orders from our existing customers. Ensuring customer's orders arrive DIFOT (delivery in full, on time) Building deep knowledge of key customers and managing their accounts.
