Global Payroll Manager - $160-175K + super
Job Description:
Reporting into the CFO of this global business, this role is responsible for managing the end to end payroll for the company. Whilst managing a small team, you'll drive & oversee payroll processing, reporting, admin, compliance, legislation, payroll accounting and PAYG. You will also respond to any payroll related queries and be involved in ad hoc projects and process improvement from time to time. You're an experienced payroll professional, with a stable work history, full function Australian payroll experience and excellent communication skills. Experience with regions besides Australia and New Zealand is necessary. You'll have strong experience in managing a team. Finally you'll have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service ethic and experience working on a payroll within a medium to large global business.
