Audi Centre Sydney is currently seeking a candidate to join our high performing team at the largest Audi dealership in the southern hemisphere. Our team have an unwavering commitment to excellence across all areas of the dealership, we are therefore looking for an individual to contribute to our talented team.  We currently have a vacancy in our Service Department for a candidate who can undertake a variety of administrative tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, has the ability to adapt to change and can think of their feet. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Zetland.   As a Service Receptionist, you will form an integral part of the Service Department and your key responsibilities will consist of the following: Meet and greet customers during vehicle drop off and collection Manage all incoming service phone calls Book vehicles in for servicing Assist the service team to create and cost repair orders as required Work closely with the concierge team   To be successful you will possess the following skills: Strong and confident communication skills Customer service orientated Organized and attention to detail Willingness to learn and a desire to gain technical experience Proficient computer skills   Applicants who hold experience in a similar role will be highly regarded and all applications will be treated with the strictest confidence.
