We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Despatch Operator to join our Logistics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and can juggle competing priorities without missing a beat. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our products get where they need to be—safely, efficiently, and on time. What you’ll do: Coordinate daily despatch and transport activities Ensure all finished goods are delivered on time, in full, and in line with safety standards Communicate with production, drivers, and customer to align on priorities Provide excellent service to both internal stakeholders and external customers Support the Logistics Coordinator in broader distribution operations Maintain safe work practices and participate in continuous improvement What you’ll bring: Strong organisational and time management skills Administrative experience, including record keeping and document control Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure Clear communication to ensure nothing falls through the cracks A team-focused attitude and willingness to take initiative A commitment to safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service Why Bianco Reinforcing?
