The Role A Customer Information and Billing Officer at TasWater is responsible for ensuring accurate property, infrastructure, and customer information. In this position you will help us Deliver on Commitments by: Reviewing property data to ensure water and sewerage charges are correct Account billing for water and sewerage services Assessing property data - including desktop investigation and site visits Addressing customer enquiries to ensure account accuracy On site water metering investigation and Sewerage service methodology assessment Water meter compliance testing. The Details We are looking for 2 permanent full-time positions and can be based in either Devonport or Launceston. This role attracts a salary of $85,416.84 to $90,162.22 (inclusive of superannuation), negotiable dependent on experience. Ready to apply?
