This mission applies not only to our customers - but also to our employees, suppliers, and business partners.  About the role: Sourcing vehicles from dealers where required in a prompt manner. Manage and update internal systems to coordinate Deliveries Assist in coordinating activities to ensure vehicles are delivered in a timely manner. Costing and processing deals for all vehicles Complete all used/new vehicle licensing. Proactive communication with internal departments to plan job completion Bringing cars into stock and maintaining stock lists. Booking for transport and raising purchase orders for vehicle reconditioning.  Communication with the sales team members in relation to vehicle preparation and delivery Assisting with new car stock control Additional administration tasks when required. Covering reception breaks About you:   Previous vehicle stock control will be highly regarded. Automotive Dealership experience is desirable. The ability to work independently and show initiative with a proactive attitude. Excellent time management and organisational skills. ERA experience will be highly regarded. Current driver's license.
