About the business Integral Digital is a locally owned and operated ICT company servicing government clients throughout the Northern Territory.    About the role We are seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Service Operator to join our Switchboard team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Northern Territory Government (NTG) personnel and the general public. This role involves handling various customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.   Key Responsibilities Provide quality professional customer service Answering calls and transferring to appropriate NTG Departments   Monitor email inbox and process changes  Phone configuration and programming  Problem-solving and providing additional assistance to callers   Skills and experience Excellent communication and customer service skills of the highest standard Active listening skills, commitment to accuracy, ability to learn quickly and multitask will be key to your success Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate and confidential information  Demonstrated effective interpersonal, numeracy and proven computer skills  Punctual and reliable  Proven ability to work in a small team with a positive and friendly manner A basic knowledge of regions and locations within the Northern Territory   The successful applicant will be provided with training and will be required to complete a criminal history check.
