The Centre BTP Early Learning Centre is a private owned 108-place Centre located in Eight Mile Plains, providing care from 6 weeks to preschool age. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Room Leader ( Senior Toddler Room Based ) to join our Centre. As an integral part of our leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our Centre, supporting the Director, and leading a team of passionate educators in providing exceptional care and education for young children. In this exciting role, you will impact all team by fostering a positive, nurturing environment. Your expertise in early childhood education, combined with your passion with children and leadership skills, will empower you to guide and mentor staff, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to the growth of our Centre. ·       Diploma of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent ·       Understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework ·       Passionate and Strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members ·       Believe in positive team spirit and embrace working in a diverse team
