About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Associate to join our Road Injuries team in the South Eastern region, ideally based in our Frankston office.
With a strong focus on TAC matters, you’ll work with a diverse client base on challenging and meaningful cases. This is a full-time, permanent role offering excellent career development opportunities within a supportive and specialised team of lawyers dedicated to delivering justice for all.
As part of our South Eastern office team, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals who share a commitment to advocacy and excellence in personal injury law.
The experience we are looking for
You’re an energetic, client-focused Senior Associate who thrives on challenge and is committed to continuous growth. You bring a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding legal service in a collaborative team environment.
5+ years post-admission experience, ideally with a strong focus on TAC matters
A background in Personal Injury law, particularly in Road Injury claims
A proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
A proactive and organised approach to file and case management
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of delivering high-level client service
Experience managing a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and care
