As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our physical retail footprint — and with that comes the exciting opportunity to shape how we attract, onboard and develop our in-store teams.   We’re looking for a people-focused, detail-driven Retail Recruitment & Education Advisor to help us build high-performing, confident store teams. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for our growing store network, while also leading the delivery of consistent, engaging induction and training experiences across all locations.   This is a newly created role that sits within the People & Culture team and works hand-in-hand with our Retail Operations team. It’s a great fit for someone who loves bringing structure to fast-moving environments and takes pride in setting others up for success.   About the Role This is a fast-moving, people-focused role that combines talent acquisition with practical, on-the-ground training coordination. One week you might be running a group interview or coordinating onboarding for a new store opening; the next, you’re working on refining induction content, coordinating compliance training, or reviewing upcoming talent needs.   You’ll be the connector between our store teams, Retail leadership and the broader People & Culture team, ensuring every new team member is recruited thoughtfully, inducted properly, and supported to succeed. This role will require frequent travel, including interstate, to support store openings, training delivery and in-person induction sessions.   Key Responsibilities: Retail Recruitment Own the end-to-end recruitment process for store-based roles: writing ads, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and preparing contracts Partner with Store Managers to understand hiring needs and provide hands-on recruitment support Help run group interviews or information sessions during store openings Manage onboarding documentation and ensure a seamless pre-start experience for new hires Training & Induction Plan and deliver consistent, engaging induction training for new team members across stores Coordinate compliance training and ensure records are tracked and completed (e.g. hygiene, safety, service) Maintain and update retail training content, resources and learning tools (e.g. checklists, LMS modules, induction guides) Coordinate with Brands department to organise in house brand training sessions Support in-store teams with refresher training and capability-building initiatives Collaborate with Retail Operations to identify emerging training needs and support team growth Who You Are: You’re someone who loves variety, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes genuine pride in helping others succeed. You’re just as comfortable screening candidates as you are running an induction session or updating a training module — and you bring energy, warmth and structure to everything you do.
