Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Property Lawyer to join our dynamic property team. Role and Responsibilities: As an Associate Property Lawyer at GRM LAW, your responsibilities will include: Managing property transactions, including commercial property sales and purchases. Advising clients on property developments, subdivisions, and commercial leasing arrangements. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex property agreements and leases. Conducting comprehensive legal due diligence for residential, commercial and industrial property transactions. Providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice. Liaising effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals. Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years post-admission experience in property law. Proven expertise in commercial property transactions, leasing, and property development. Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent client relationship management capabilities. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving. Admission to practice law in Queensland and current practising certificate.
