Exciting new role available to join our Energy team as a Contact Centre Representative! This role provides the opportunity to progress your career! As our first point of contact with our customers, you will be the voice of xxxxx. In this role, you’ll assist residential and commercial customers with enquiries related to delivering energy efficiency solutions. You’ll handle calls, emails, tickets, and online, so confidence with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems is essential. Having a can-do attitude a passion for providing excellent customer experiences and strong attention to detail will see you thrive in this supportive team. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone, email, ticketing system, and web chat Create, build and maintain relationships with customers. Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls for follow-ups. Updating and maintaining documented manuals and internal procedures. Review customer feedback and contribute to service improvements. Requirements The ideal candidate will exhibit the following: Previous phone-based Customer Service experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal. Ability to be self-motivated and work independently, as well as collaborating and working in a fast-paced team environment. High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
