Scheduling Coordinator

 Job Description:

Service Stream’s Utilities division are currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator - Advanced Metering to join our growing company. Nature of position:               6 Months / Fixed-Term Contract Location:                                Collins St, Melbourne (Flexible work arrangements available) Reporting Line:                     Team Leader Key Responsibilities Triage Work Orders by identifying follow up tasks to ensure a successful site visit. Make phone calls to customers and building managers to arrange access for our meter technicians. If required, seek technical clarification about a work order from field supervisors/QA team to identify the triage action. Coordinate technician availability with the work allocation team. Accurate data entry in client's systems and Excel sheets. Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the client. Undertake and complete any other duties as requested by Team Leader / Manager. Strong focus on compliance and problem-solving. Skills and Experience Minimum 12 months in a customer service, administrative or technical support role is essential. Competencies in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook is essential Basic technical knowledge of electrical metering work is an advantage. Excellent organisational and administration skills. High level attention to detail and proactively meet deadlines.
