Customer Engagement Officer

 Job Description:

Reporting to the Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advice to stakeholders including customers and suppliers. Additionally, you will undertake market analysis, drive continuous improvement, and provide advice to the team on ways to improve relationships with customers and drive innovation. What you'll do Participate in the development and implementation of customer engagement initiatives, based on agreed customer needs and priorities. Work closely with customers and the procurement team in identifying issues and negotiating successful resolutions. Adhere to standard procurement processes that comply with Queensland Health procurement governance requirements, raising instances of non-compliance and identifying opportunities to improve processes. Offer advice and guidance to local customer teams as necessary. Share knowledge and best practice across the SP. Develop relationships with SP team members and customers to drive maximum benefit from all initiatives About you We are searching for someone with: Demonstrated experience in procurement, identifying opportunities to improve the value delivered from every dollar spent and in delivering the initiatives required to secure that value. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in contemporary procurement and category management practices and issues, relevant regulations, and the ability to deliver best-value quality customer services. Experience in customer engagement and ability to negotiate successful outcomes when confronted with conflicting priorities. Why work with us?
