You’ll lead engaging half-day preschool programs and be the responsible person at the service, fostering a safe and enriching environment for children. Key Responsibilities Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families. Communicate professionally and clearly with families. Use family insights to support children’s learning. Collaborate with educators and share knowledge. Support team diversity and strengths. What You Need Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent). Experience in a childcare setting. Current First Aid and CPR certifications. Valid OCHRE Card (Working with Children Check). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
