THE ROLE Reporting to the ANZ Operations Manager, the Sort Centre Manager will take charge of daily operations, lead a team, and ensure the standards of safety, quality and delivery are constantly exceeded.  This role will include: Overseeing day-to-day operations Managing and inspiring a team of 12 to ensure high performance and team engagement Championing a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with all company policies, safety, environmental, and quality standards Resource Management including planning labour coverage to align with budgets, SLAs, and delivery schedules Managing routine and breakdown maintenance activities and cleaning plans to maintain peak efficiency ABOUT YOU With prior experience in a similar role and ideally coming from a manufacturing background, you will be diligent, detailed orientated with strong management and customer care skills.
