The Opportunity: As a New Client Intake Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the client journey from initial inquiry to resolution. This position offers a unique blend of ‘sales’ and administrative responsibilities, providing a comprehensive platform for professional growth and development. You ideally will have either legal experience or an interest in developing legal experience. This could even be a dream role for a lawyer who does not want to work in a legal role. What We're Looking For: The ability to control a conversation with smarts and quick wit, taking leadership of the discussion while understanding thoroughly the person's needs, then meeting their needs against the services offered by the client. Someone with online marketing knowledge/understanding to gain a proper picture of how the person has come to the client and the ability to exploit this knowledge to enhance the dialogue. Ability to attend to follow-ups without prompting, taking pride in your work and ensuring it is completed to a very high standard. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets, any driven sales gun who can think on their feet and build a relationship with a client will thrive. Demonstrated ability and experience in teams and a passion for client care. Strong organisational skills, adept at multitasking and managing complex processes in a fast-paced environment. Ability to track performance and ability to track relevant data. Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and effectively working within a team. Strong IT skills will lead to faster success in the role. Your Key Responsibilities: - Client Experience - Commit to Learning: Engage in a dedicated learning period to fully understand and master the end-to-end client management process. - Inquiry Conversion: Lead the charge in converting telephone and online inquiries into paying clients by utilising persuasive communication and in-depth knowledge of our services to effectively diagnose the problem and offer a solution, turning the enquiry into a paying client. - Sales Excellence - Achieve Targets: Take ownership of personal sales goals by successfully converting new cases from inquiries, ensuring alignment with the client's standards. Keep detailed records and assist in the calculation of conversion rates and numbers of leads. - Support and Strategy: Collaborate with the General Manager to enhance sales strategies, benefiting from mentorship and shared insights. - Team Involvement - Assist the Client Delivery Team: Work within a dedicated team responsible for the seamless administration of client matters, from documentation to diary management. - Streamline Inquiries: Ensure efficient handling of both client and sales enquiries, maintaining high standards of service. - Maintain Case Flow: Oversee case updates, material collection, and file management to ensure a smooth and efficient case progression. - Financial Oversight: Manage financial aspects related to cases, including fee collection and financial documentation, with precision and care.
